The GE DS200FSAAG1ABA is a Field Supply Gate Amplifier Board belonging to GE’s Mark V Series— a line of turbine control system components built with GE’s Speedtronic technology. It is a revised version of the original DS200FSAAG1 board, incorporating three significant product updates, and is designed to support critical functions in turbine control systems.
Physically, it features 5 jumpers, a 10-pin connector, 2 fuses, and multiple test points. As a static-sensitive component, it requires strict handling protocols: it ships in an anti-static sealed bag to be kept closed until installation, and installers must wear a wrist strap grounded to an unpainted metal surface to dissipate static. Walking with the board is also discouraged, as movement builds static.
