Product Overview
The GE 531X111PSHARG3 is a Motor Field Control and Power Supply Board designed for GE’s EX2000 excitation system and part of the 531X replacement board series. As a G3 revision, it differs from prior versions by having external MOVs for AC lines and is engineered to power industrial drives and motor field electronics. Measuring 4 cm × 24 cm × 29.2 cm and weighing 0.58 kg, it generates three regulated DC power supplies critical for drive operation and integrates a pulse transformer to supply motor field circuitry.
It supports external exciters and includes three onboard relays for device control, plus three potentiometers for calibrating current feedbacks/circuits and five programmable jumpers for adjusting feedback/current signals. Installation requires trained personnel to follow GE’s guidelines to avoid damage; GE originally provided technical support, and it is compatible with GE-developed drives and exciters.
